How do you get up before your kids?

For the past year or so, I have been really wanting to get up before my kids. How nice would it be to have time to myself and read and maybe work out without interruption? I think a lot about how I would love more Kari time. Mornings could be the perfect time. I have done it a few times, but I haven’t been disciplined about it.

I LOVE to sleep! I probably should go to bed earlier. I think getting rid of cable will help because I won’t have DVR shows to catch up on. Before daylight savings, my kids were waking up between 6:45 and 7:15. That’s so early for me! After the time change, my kids are now sleeping until 8:30. I’ve noticed that I’m just as tired getting nine hours of sleep as I am getting six. What is this? Maybe this is the perfect time to start waking up before my kids.
